My good friend Huw Hopkins recently visited the Runnymede Air Forces memorial in Surrey, UK - his write up and photographs are in the link below. The Memorial honours the 20,456 airmen and women of the Commonwealth Air Forces who lost their lives in WWII and have no known grave.

It certainly looks like a very serene, reflective place - one to go to in future, for those in or visiting the UK.
