Here are some photos i took as media journalist in the last few days of the F-111 operations in Australia over Nov / Dec 2010. I have a few hundreds more photos i may share one day. Hope you all enjoy the insight to what was a superb retirement of the RAAF's premier strike bomber.

A very rare photo - a current RAAF HGU-55 flight helmet and P oxygen mask next to my very rare 1970s RAAF HGU-2A/P flight and P oxygen mask as worn by the first F-111 crews in RAAF service. A comparison of how the gear evolved.
