Sm-1 / Mi1 helicopter in workshop

Hello
This is my first information presented in this forum. I have visited a guy in northern Poland who is restoring
SM-1 helicopter (polish build Mi-1 helicopter) to flying condition. I try to attach some pictures I have done in
his workshop. The level of restoration is high according my opinion. During my visit in June , the engine was ready
to instal in the SM-1 helicopter. It is painted in civil colors. The owner has also a second SM-1 helicopter
which will be restored to flying condition as well.

Nice to see someone restoring old civil helicopters....or any helicopters.

Welcome to WIX.
When you post photos from Photobucket you can get them to show up in your post by clicking on the bottom line that shows when you put the mouse over the photo. It will put an img on either end of the info line. That will copy that line of info in a format that the WIX website will display as your photo. Then paste that info line in your WIX post.

You have to repeat the process for each photo-



To check it out prior to publishing click on preview and check it over. Adjust as needed and hit submit.

Thank You very much for Your help. I tried this with one photo and it works.
By the way this helicopter was used in former Warsaw pact amries before Mi-2 show up. This helicopter was used
in Polish Army in the unit located on the seacost. After service it was located in the army unit as a monument from
where it was taken by the owner. It was smoller brother of Mi4 at that time.

The shape of the cab, especially the "pug nose" look, kinda reminds me of Molt Taylor's AeroCar.
