Hey all. In block island for the weekend and found this compass. Can anyone tell me what aircraft/boat? It goes in? Anything would help. Thanks.

AN5766 is your standard 2 1/4 inch wet compass. If it's made my Airpath, it could be found in most non WarPac airplanes built in the last 70 years.
Any contract number, or additional part number to help nail it down?

Well we took the plunge and bought it! Hopefully she'll fit in the Corsair. And if not, well i'm sure we'll find a place for her.
