how many of those jets were flyable? I didn't think any F-105s were flyable

There are NO F-105's in the photos shown, but if you meant F-100's, I am sure you may be aware of at least two flyable F-100's in the U.S. right now, Dean Cutshall's F-100F in Indiana and the Collings F-100F in Texas.

Not sure of any others.

Those are at Stead Field in Reno. The F-100 over ran the runway on landing 10 years ago or so and has not flown since. It is still in decent shape despite sitting outdoors for several years and could be restored to fly again. There are several Mig 15s and 17s there that fly on occasion and one Mig-21 that is flown a few times a year. There is an airworthy Fouga, but it is not the one in the photo. The T-33s are not flyers to my knowledge. The coolest jet there IMHO is the SU-25 Frogfoot that is being restored to fly (several years left on the project).
