Now there is a second one. saw it on FB on freeman field recovery team site, pics there too.

A salvage team recently recovered the remains of a Heinkel 219 Uhu which was resting in a watery grave off he coast of Denmark. It is only the second Uhu known to still exist.

Looking at the Facebook reference, I'm not sure what they intend to do with the remains. However, being that it's been in salt water, I hope they do some kind of preservation or there will be much less than what the photos show in a short period of time. I would be awesome if they could restore one, but there's not much to work from as shown in the photos.

They have the diagrams for the 219, and they have an existing one to go off of. Only problem will be reproducing the parts.
