Apparently so. Your picture is back up this morning and I see that mine is a very different angle. I also have to wonder who Ray is?

As a side note I believe the halftrack is an M 16. Looks to be a quad mount in the back.

This is an ex Czech Air Force MiG-21F-13. It has been there since April 2005 at least.
It used to be at Detroit/Willow Run.
