Here is a heads up for what we have been working on through the winter months. I am thrilled to say that we have had some great chances to help our B-17 and others at the same time. I am also excited that Warbird Rescue got to play a key part coordinating this. Right now the tail stinger off of the Grissom Air Museum B-17 "Miss Liberty Belle" is on loan to the Mighty 8th Air Force Museum for their "City of Savannah" restoration. They are going to use the MLB tail for a pattern to make their own, and then restore the Grissom one as well. SO it is a win win for both teams.

The other item of news is that we are copying cheek windows and mounts for the B-17. Right now we have 4 B-17's that will be getting the windows to make them more complete. I will post some pics as that happens down the road. The mold is being made as we speak.

The last bit of good news is that we were able to supply the National WWII Museum B-17 with a forward crew entry hatch.

As I get some pics down the road I will post them up. Just thought some of guys would be interested.

Very cool! Can't wait to see the restored stinger in the Museum at Grissom.
