Not aircraft but the B&O train museum is perhaps the best in the US.

USS Constellation is there too (not the original 1790s frigate but a circa 1850s naval vessel).

Just down the expressway you can see an RC-130 At the Cryptologic Museum in Ft. Meade, Maryland.
It's painted as the one lost when it was shot down by the Soviets, killing 17.

also not aviation related, but the SS john W Brown a WWII Liberty ship is in Baltimore at Pier 1 off Clinton ST. Really worth a look. Like Warbirds, the brown is not permanently moored but makes trips out on Chesapeak under here own steam

Several years ago I was in Baltimore, wanted to get pictures of Ft. McHenry from the Clinton Road side. Saw the SS John Brown on the way. Was getting ready to take pictures when a security guard truck showed up and told me "No pictures here". Still haven't figured out why. There were some Navy ships docked along the way but they were support vessels, not combatants.

The CG Cutter Taney is moored there. It was decommissioned from CG service in Dec 1986. It was the last commissioned Pearl Harbor survivor. It used to carry J2F-2's Ducks prior to the war. Back when I was stationed aboard another CG cutter back in the early 80's, we did a rendevousz with the Taney down in the Carribean. I have pics of it somewhere in my photo albums.
