I heard a reference to Wllow Run in the first video. Based on that and looks, I'd say they're Rouch's stangs. I know AAS did the rebuild and Glam. Glen III.

They were the Roush mustangs. There was a very good article on the "Contrails Flight" in Smithsonian Air And Space magazine; I believe it was last spring 2004.
