Just a few photos of some of the warbirds that showed up at Mather Field near Sacramento last weekend.
Steve Hinton arrived in this P-40C...it's first airshow!

Rod Lewis' P-40C, not Friedkin's.

Nice pics, love the Hellcat at sunset one!

BTW, first N American show for the P-40C - for those of us that travelled to Omaka, NZ, at Easter, it's old news.

Thanks for sharing!

As always great stuff Jerry. Im surprised you had a chance to take all those shots since you must have been as busy as heck! Wish I could have been there this year buddy.

Thanks for the comments.
If you notice, there's not a lot of people in the background or foreground. I only get time to take pics when they arrive or after hours. The Tora stuff was a fluke since Air Boss sent me out to the runway and I had my camera with me in the cart. I only had to pay attention to Boss on the radio.
Who knows, it could've been you Chris!

They had that beautiful P-40 just sitting there, and they weren't comfortable with putting her in the Tora display?! She's made for it!!

I have to agree that on of my favorites is the Hellcat at sunset shot. The B-25 with the golden hour sunlight shots are nice too. Great pics!
