Well, they wouldn't let the Osprey get too close, but still-

The original plan was to use the F-35 but it was down with maintenance issues, so they went with the Osprey. I think I saw a couple of feathered Ospreys while flying around over the weekend, and a number of Bald Eagles also-

Had a great time at the Pax River Expo, with the Blue Angels, Panchito, Trojan Horsemen, Red Bull Team, etc., and great weather, and great reception from the US Navy-

Each Osprey rotor diameter is the same as the Curtiss wing span
