OOOO. My wifes grandfather flew with the 98th and I have their books with the images of Chug-a-lug in flight with their crew photo. I will scan and upload shortly

The second photo, looking at the holes in the nose turret...I wonder if the good LT was acting as nose gunner at the time, or just further back in the fuse when they pieces came in?
