I love this quote!!!
Quote:
When asked whether it was pilot error or equipment malfunction that caused the mishap, pilot Jeffrey Boulware of Brookings, S.D., told The Forum: “I don’t really know yet. I’ve got to talk to the adjusters and the FAA (Federal Aviation Administration).”

I don't know what caused the accident because I need to talk to my insurance adjuster first.

No offense but you have to be brain dead to not know the gear isn't down on a CJ because it is a huge amount of drag when down. I owned one for 5 years and flew it over 400hrs. Don

Those who can, do. Those who can't, teach ;)
