Looks like Eglin. They used the B-17s there to test the Bomarc and early Sidewinders. The last QB-17 shot down was done so with another Boeing product -- the Bomarc. My dad was stationed there and worked both the Sidewinder and Bomarc projects while shooting at the QB-17s.

Re: Youtube video, not very "sporting" of the pilot to get so close before unleashing a barrage like that, the B17 didn't have a chance. :)
