It belongs to Hans Lauridsen. It's part of his collection that includes a B-25, A-26, C-47, SNJ, C1A, HU-16, C-119 and others.

Just to add to what's been said already, it's actually a former RCAF Canso A, not a PBY-5A, built by Canadian Vickers at Cartierville Quebec, c/n CV-343, RCAF serial 11047. That said, as is the way with these things, its registered by the FAA as a PBY-5A but has no US Navy history. Post-RCAF, it flew for years with the Province of Newfoundland & Labrador as a water bomber registered CF-OFI, later C-FOFI. Prior to becoming N413PB, it was allocated N343CV (based on the c/n) but this was not taken up.

I thought it looked great in its previous garb too. With all the other projects Mr. Lauridsen already has going I think maybe he would have been better off to leave this one alone until the other were finished. Of course, that just my .02 cents which may not be worth even that much!

Nice shot - as can be seen, Buffalo Airways had it after the Province of N & L but retained the latter's gorgeous livery.
