Those are great pics!
Yeah, I would've like to see the full scale V-2 fly too! I kinda got the impression it was supposed to blow up on the pad like that. I think there is another NZ airshow (Wanaka?) that has a V-1 with a bunch of pyro effects as a finale.

The P-40C looks fantastic. All the photos were great. They really go all out down there! The shots of the V2 blowing up are breathtaking.
