I'm out in the hangar replacing some attach angles on Ol' 711ra a SNJ-5 from the JAX area.

Anyone know of a way to pipe in good ol WWII radio music from the internet on the computer... so I can hear it reverberating on the walls of the hangar while I work.

Haven't had much luck finding it on the net as I have to keep working to pay the bills.

My Father use to have some old records he wwould play at night after everyone left while we were in the hangar working.

Mike

If you're a Sirius or XM subscriber, you can listen to their programming through their web site. Sirius 4 is '40s music. It may also be the same on XM.

If you're a Dish Network TV subscriber, I think you can access Sirius channels through your TV.

Thanks K5, but free.... unless I can get a boarder to come in and help pay rent.

My Pop wasn't suppose to head west and leave me here all alone to pay the bills all by myself off one charter pilot salary.

This hangar I built for him to retire in, I guess it wasn't nice enough so he decided to leave before i finished it for him, but it costs 672 a month, then I got laid off from my good job.

I do good sheet metal work in my time off but these airplane owners are cheap bastads.

Free stuff please thanks, hahaha ...

Mike, could you post some pictures of the attach angle replacement process, please?

www.pandora.com lets you put together streaming "stations" of just about anything you want. They have a Big band listing under the Jazz genre. If you are willing to tweek it a little you can really pin down what you want to listen to.
