Do you know of a Liaison pilot in your area? If so, please contact me (Ryan Short) either through WIX or through http://www.lbirds.com. We are looking for able Liaison Pilots who are still able to travel to attend our annual event honoring them. The event will be at the home field of the Alamo Liaison Squadron - Cannon Field - on April 2, 2011. The FAA Identifier is 53T and we are now a public-use airport. It is a grass field, and there are a few hazards for those not familiar, so be sure to check your AF/D before dropping in.
Last year we had three veterans out - including one from as far as Oregon. No guarantees, but there is a likelihood that they and their families might get a ride in an L-bird as well as have a lot of fun.

Thanks! It's pretty hard to find any of them these days.
