 Post subject: Old Aircraft Postcards

When I was a kid I would go to the movies and next door was the bus station. In the bus station was a snack bar and there was a machine that took pennies and gave you an aircraft postcard. I spent lots of pennies on that machine. Over 50 years later I still have over 50 of these postcard and as I scan them, I will share them here. These aircraft were the latest and the greatest at that time.

I have some of these cards which were sold at the Cedar Point Amusement Park in Sandusky Ohio many years ago. I believe they are referred to as Arcade Cards with the backside blank and of a thicker paper stock. Still a neat collectible.... 8)

I remember getting some at a county fair in the late 60s.
IIRC, the F4D was one. They were always old planes (at that time) and I always seemed to get Navy types.
