Warbird Information Exchange

I just discovered this, a 1954 Australasian radio version of Paul Brickhill's book, dramatised and introduced by Brickhill himself.

I have listened to the first two episodes and it is really good. There are 26 episodes, each nearly half an hour, so there's a lot more detail than the film version - plus it's fully dramatised and well acted.

Excellent stuff!

Interesting, I just finished reading Brickhills book after who knows how many years of it sitting in a box since last read, and somewhere I've got the 1954 movie on VHS, TMC needs to broadcast the movie again, makes the hair on your neck stand up when they 'cob' the Merlins in the movie.......
I'll give the radio series a shot, thanks!
