Forgot to broadcast this out to WIX warbird lovers in the Houston veiwing area.
Channel 8 is running the 1994 CLASSIC
"Honor Squadrons"
Sept. 13 at 7:00 PM
and Sept. 15 at (egads) 1:00 AM

We are going to be auctioning off two B-17 rides on TEXAS RAIDERS to benefit our local PBS affiliate.
And I will do a little shameless promotion of Wings Over Houston.

See you on TV

Have this documentary on VHS, recorded from the local PBS station back when it was brand new. Great piece of work. A little shocking at the end with the list of all the aircraft that had been in an accident or that had been destroyed prior to the documentary being finished.

HEY SPANNER!
Happen to catch you on the fund raising special, quite by chance!

You cut your hair! ;)

Seeing the Honor Squadron again, WOW.
Saw a very young Ken Hyman, and I thin another face or two I recognize.
WOW.

I kinda laughed at the restoration of Tx Raider, only to get in a much, much more intensive restoration 6 years later.

You know what I think?
Time for a NEW film, to be released in 2014! :D

Cheers!
