Day 3 with the tankers.

It was a gloomy, rainy afternoon – which in the tanker business is just what the doctor ordered.

They flew a limited amount of birds in the afternoon when I was there – and the wind and microbursts pretty much ended the flying around 5:00. They brought in three more tankers (making a total of 10) but I did not see the newest arrivals.
Hopefully the rain brought needed relief – even though accompanied by pretty strong winds.

Here are some shots from today – sure like the look of that yellow Neptune #48.

Hey , I didn't know the Neptune came with "T-tops", must have been a rare option.
