I was looking (again for the 1000th time in 45 years

) in
U.S. Military Aircraft Since 1909 By Swanborough & Bowers and and the St. Louis YPT-15 again got my attention.
I've wondered about it for years and I figure if anyone would know more about them, it would be someone here....
It looks very similar to a Stearman 75/PT-13/17 etc.
Anyone know anything about them? Are there any left? According to Baugher...here's the rundown....
