That’s a neat idea, I’ve never thought to do that and wish I’d had, now. I’ve only ever bought patches for specific airplanes I’ve flown on even though I’ve seen almost all the flying B-17s in the world today.
The Museum of Flight in Seattle never made a Boeing Bee patch that I know of, as I’ve been to the museum many times since they completed the restoration. A “real Memphis Belle” patch would likely be best found on eBay, plenty of them have been made over the years. I found one here:
