Yup L-13, but it has the wrong engine. Should have a Franklin 6 cylinder, not a round motor. Wings aren't off, they fold.

I believe there are still a couple of them operating around Anchorage both with round engines as the old Franklin didn't have the beans to do what needs to be done to earn a living there, and if an airplane earns it's living in Alaska, it doesn't leave! The one pictured appears to be in the SouthWest, not in Alaska, any more info?

One Saturday in the late 70's I had driven up to Marysville (CA) with Lynn Hunt (a poster on this forum). There was a man, Bud Marquis that operated L-13's with R-985's on them for duster use. He also had moved the tail wheel forward so he could land on the narrow levees in the area and be able to turn around. Other planes he had were N3N's with R-985's, and BT-13's with R-1340's and 3-bladed props on them. There was also a Howard DGA sitting in a shed collecting dust surrounded by all sorts of flight controls from various airplanes. There were some old radial engines sitting on the ground used as tie down weights.
