Yep, High Rollers, 192RS 152RW, Nevada ANG. This was shot in 1995 just before the unit retired the Phantom and converted to the C-130.

There is other video shot at the same general time by an English outfit called Skyfire. I don't know if it is still available anywhere. It didn't have the lake shots in it, but others from areas around Reno. Many passes were lower even than these lake huggers. I believe there were multiple people in the unit that got into trouble over the videos, but they really didn't care since they were retiring along with the aircraft.

Reno really did retire these jets in style. They set multiple speed and time to climb records just before their retirement. I visited the unit to photograph the Rhinos just before the retirement - the people were great, and they were really unhappy about losing their jets. Most of the birds went to AMARC, but some were sold to Spain where the served for another few years.
