J2000 Hyster Modification... That was very popular in the early 60's . Personally I would advise replacing that forklift with a simple tire. The aerodynamic drag on take off must be epic...

Jack, I am glad you didn't have worse results from your "I learned about flying with him" experience. Would suck if you had not been around to give us all these great pics of your's over the years. He11 I kinda like having you as a buddy too. :shock: :? 8) :lol: :D

That was quite the day. The first landing was at smaller strip and we went off the runway
through a cow pasture but flew if off. Wandered around for an hour or so the had the land
due to low fuel to the end result. The LONGEST ride I've ever been on :( He later ground-
looped again at Long Beach during Freedon Flight. He then quit flying all together.
