Brandon, If this is the Puerto Rican PBY N7283Z, cn 1774, buno 48412 the ad is generous in its description. N7283Z was in pretty shabby shape, stored outside for some time though it seems like it's inside now. I guess they're trying to clean up years of neglect.
David Legg would be the one to ask.

I think it is still in Puerto Rico but would welcome confirmation. It certainly hasn't been hangared for that length of time as claimed above in the advert extract.
