Only free if there is no associated decontamination frees tied to the items. The $40 mil price tag on a shuttle is strictly to be used to decontam it for "safety" within a museum environment. While they say the stuff is free, there are hidden non-free issues that go along with the items. I find the whole concept of $40 mil to decontaminate a shuttle as pretty laughable. Someone is making off with a nice chunk of change in that deal. :wink:
