Hey Martin, are you out there? Been trying to get in touch. Anyone have contact with him lately?

Thanks,

I have not seen anything from Martin in about a year....He has not responded to my e-mails either.

Someone else made enquiries about Martin a while back on another WIX thread...something was mentioned
about an illness, IIRC.

I drop him a message.

Of late Martin has primarily been hanging out and posting on the P51SIG website/forum which specialises in the P-51 Mustang. He posted over there earlier today. He has been a bit quieter of late in his number of postings and online activity. I think he has discovered life other than aircraft and forums.

Regards,

He has been posting on rcgroups.com in the Parkzone P-51 thread. His last post was a couple of weeks ago when he said that his company was downsizing him.

hey folks - heartfelt thanks for the concerns - and special thanks to Jack Cook for the heads-up

it's been a rough year - some good and some bad things have crossed my path -

private life has seen some ups and downs - after being exposed to heavy betrayal and subsequent financial troubles and other issues that did a good deal of shaking my foundations (almost lost my house) I thought I've had it - some perseverance plus faith in good things kept me from going over the edge - and, thankfully, it eventually led to meeting THE woman of my life. Am still struggling with the aftermath of the mess I was served, but there's light at the end of the tunnel.

work-life is equally hectic - the company where I work as CFO is in process of bringing new technology on the market, which means lots of overtime and little time to wind down and relax - this, added to the private issues, had some burn-out effects on me, but I have recovered

I am aware of the fact that I neglected quite some of my favourite activities, and also didn't keep up with e-mails and thus alienated and maybe disconcerted some of my friends.

My apologies for the silence and lack of activity here - my posts over on P-51 S.I.G. are the result of the little time I could spare for my beloved hobby.

so - I hope to be back more frequently, but I am not making any promises

- speaking of promises - I am convinced that there are some loose ends I need to pick up again here - so if anyone has some issues or personal comments, kindly contact me through e-mail (which I read daily and will answer soonest) martin [at] swissmustangs.ch - or send PM -

thanks for understanding
cordially
Martin

Sorry to hear about the problems you've been through Martin but it's good to see you're coming through the other side and you're still around. I emailed you a few weeks back regarding Mustangs, did you get that email ok?

Good to hear from you Martin.

Your absence was noted. Suggest you check in regularly, there's good support if you want it.
