Don't mean to step on Chief's picture he put on the "Cargo Heritage Flight @ WOH" thread that Brad posted but since his pic was kind of buried and with Brad's encouragement, here are some pictures of Brads tribute. Didn't know Brad until yesterday but as I walked back to the C17 after touring the war birds, I saw the word "the" on the side of the C17 under the cockpit, then a guy coming from the plane adding more. I thought it might be Brad after the word "spirit" was done and when I saw the "G" go up I knew what was coming. Got to meet Brad when he was done. Thanks Brad and thank you for your service to our country.
PS: Great flight demo too.Image

I got all choked up when I saw it as they taxiied past our position. Later I got to meet Brad face to face and chat a bit. I agreed that Gary would have gotten a laught out of it being done with duct tape.
Well done Brad. And the C-17 show wasn't half bad either. I got to see several WIXers over the weekend but had duties and didn't get around much.

Gary would act all humble and embarassed upon seeing such a tribute, but deep down inside, I know he'd treasure it.

Good job, Brad.

Cheers,
