Crap :/ N415FM, ex-French AF, I think. I'll be keeping an eye on this to see what happened. Crash area seems to be pretty confined. Looks like maybe one wing dug in and it cartwheeled. The pile of metal to the right of the tail section is what's left of the cockpit section.
My prayers go out to the friends and families :(

Very sad news.
Just got word who one of the pilots was. Our thoughts are with the families.
Will wait out of respect until it posted in the news for more confirmation.

Wonder what went wrong. The eyewitnesses are saying something was wrong before the crash.

One news service had an interview with a fellow who had videoed the taxi to the runway of the aircraft. He seemed knowledgable of aviation and said the aircraft appeared to stall while approaching the runway while doing a number of touch and goes.

Others gave paniced reports that the "aircraft kept going around and around the field before it crashed....". They seemed to be assuming that the aircraft was in some trouble because it was flying around the airfield.

Typical Kissimmee,
In the Video with the NTSB guy, there is a round engine purring in the background.

Godspeed.

Name has been released.
Prayers go out to Carl's family.
He did my maintenance training on the Fouga up here in Canada. Was great fellow and always had time to chat. He was involved at Reno as well with the Fouga that raced there.
Carl was from Lago Vista Texas and was also involved with the CAF.
