Rather neat bit of P-40 footage including US Merlin P-40s and RAAF examples, mostly / all N Africa? Classic newsreel - lots of airfield stuff, nothing closer to the front line.

New to me, but I'm no expert.

Sound is a disaster (just turn it off) and the whole seems to have been lifted from Russian TV?!?

I've added it to the Base Theater, but as I don't go there, and I assume others likewise, I though I'd add a post too!

Cheers,

That's about what I picked, OD, although I wasn't sure about what I thought was an OK-coded aircraft. Had no idea re 57th FG.

Loved the 3 Sqn RAAF Kittyhawk spinning around at the end of the strip to watch the aircraft in front clear.
