Group,

Skydancer Aviation has two web cams running at 40 second intervals on the internet. One shows the T-6 meeting/Lunch room, and one shows the T-6 Ramp. I am helping with the second plane on the right (Race 42).

Just had a Corsair come in. Also have a Vanpire Jet come in earlier.

Laterrrrrr

Group,

Strega decleared a may-day and made a safe landing. About 2-3 hours later, she was up in the air again.

Rare Bear was run up several times, and taxied out for a test flight. She returned with smoke out the rt bank. Did some more runs later, but did not see her fly.

Is it a recent restoration?

I don't personally know a whole lot about this airplane, but there's plenty of info on it here.........

I was so focused on the Bear that I missed the Sabre photo. That's Triple 6 one of the Bolivian birds that I used to know...

Very cool to see it again. Anyone know it's status?

Thanks Gary,

Z

Group,

The Bear made two hops today. First one declared a may-day right after takeoff. Came in and Cnx the mayday and flew off.

Saw him flying again later in the day, sounded great. On landing he taxied by as we were balancing our prop (T-6, Race 42) and took time to wave at us.

Strega flew several times as did Riff Raft. Not quite sure of the others as I was busy on the plane. Check mate qualified today (Got a frien on the crew).

Laterrrrr
