You can never get enough pics from the leading tour group. Couldn't get a panoramic shot I produced up on photobucket, but here's the rest of the shots.

I had a chance to meet this gentleman, but wouldn't you know it, his name slipped past me. Even so I had a chance to help him back into his place of work during the war. The B-17. He flew throughout the Pacific, but never saw combat. He was the radio operator on General Kenny's executive B-17 "Sally" and was part of "Ken's Men".

By looking at a crew photo, its my guess that that's him on the far left.

And a shot of the "General's Taxi" as he described it.

Did indeed! Jim's a real nice guy, and a lucky one to boot! Don't believe I had the chance to be formally introduced to Chuck.

Chuck is actually not on tour at the moment. Pat is out flying the P-51 at this point.

We got a few donations toward the museum, including 10 euro! Didn't have time to set up our table today but threw out a few pamphlets and info on the museum. Me, Jim, and Ben plan on going to the CASC early in the morning on Saturday for this meeting and then going to Oxford to try our luck again at getting out to the public. Even JimH was quite adamant for us to go up to Oxford and set up a table! :D So maybe we can we'll be up there for Sat and Sun. For right now, we'll just have to keep nickel and dimin it!

Hows sunny California? Land of beautiful women, them movie pictures, and alot more warbirds then around here!
