Suggestions for a Saint Paul - Oshkosh - Red Wing trip

I just found out that I've got to head to Minnesota this weekend. I've got Saturday and a half day Sunday free. I'm flying into Saint Paul and my current plan is to head to Oshkosh and then drive to my final destination (Red Wing, MN) on Sunday evening. Any other suggestions? I miss the days of multiple air museums in the Twin Cities area but I haven't been to Oshkosh in years so I though that I'd head in that direction.

Stop in at Fleming Field, Hangar #3, South St. Paul 55075. We'll be open Saturday. I think Miss Mitchell is headed out early in the morning, but the P-51C Tuskegee Airmen should be on hand. Plus a couple other birds.
