Rumor at the mill here, from very reliable sources: Mr. Yagen suffered a "very mild" heart attack when on a trip. Apparently doing fine, no complications.
Scuttlebut has it he was in New Guniea. Wonder if "Swamp Ghost" had any involvement?(speculation)
Wish him well & a speedy recovery.

if it is a rumor, then you should keep it to yourself until you can verify it is true.
I heard that they were going to mount the Memphis Belle on a pole in NJ when they finish the restoration, just a rumor I heard

I don't want to cite my source- however it is confirmed that she spoke to his number two man, who did confirm it to her... It was stated he was in NG- The "Swamp Ghost" connection is my own supposition...
If I did not have confirmation, I would not have posted it...

Maybe the authorities told Jerry he could have SG for a 'price'
Seriously though, Jerry is a good guy whom I have had the pleasure of meeting down here at Omaka - hope he recovers quickly.

Jerry a really nice guy and I had the pleasure of conversing with him numerous times.
He once mentioned to me that it's amazing how fast the word of warbirds happening gets out so fast on wix!
