So they think it was actually painted by Walt Disney and not someone in the studio? What was their protocol for that with the signature? Like at the Lockheed plant, those paintings on the plane didn't get sigs, right?

It was painted by Disney artist Hank Porter, and the piece was given to NAA by Walt Disney.

The write-up doesn't say that Disney himself painted it.
