Jack,

My German's not so good has this been put up again recently????

It was on there a couple of years ago but unfortunately I only became aware of it after it had sold.

I posted on army air forces forum yesterday to try and find out who it sold to.

We are now in negotiations to open a small museum at Bottisham in one of the old buildings on the base and I thought this would make an amazing exhibit.

So if anyone has any good contacts in Germany please could they try and find out who owns this it now.

Any leads much appreciated.

I can't get the link to work, or by searching the ebay number. Anyone else get it to work?

I've got a feeling the link is to the listing on ebay.de from two years ago and it has now been removed.

Have been on ebay.de today and done a search on p-47 and found nothing.

If anyone has any contacts in Germany they would be much appreciated.

Cheers

J

Any guesses on how much this kind of thing would go for?
