Grumman jacket ID

Just got this off ebay! No real history on the jacket so what do you all think? Im guessing its from the Grumman after work sports teams but not sure about a time period. Script style suggests 50's and older correct? Sorry about the fuzzy pics

Don't know about the jacket but that is a SWEET picture in your avatar!
Vintage of photo? Taken at the "old" hangar while we still had the chin turret on so maybe 2007?
