The first listing includes a 5 lot subdivision, the 2nd listing does not include the 5 lots. That is why the difference in lot size and price.

We do have 4 very different seasons in New Hampshire, Winter just happens to be the longest of the 4.

I grew up in central PA, and we do not get much more snow here in southern NH than we did in PA. Most of the snow that NH is known for comes in the Northern half of the state.

The 2800' landing strip could probably used from May till mid-November as long as the drainage is decent to get rid of the Spring melt in March and April. You would need a jacket or coat in October and November for anything without heat.

I was born in NH and I can tell you that everyone is forgetting the 5th season, Black Fly season. Or is that the 6th season and the 5th is Mud.

So the north country is the exact opposite of Texas?

Too Danged Hot
After Summer
Next Summer

If you purchase very soon, you can be here in time for Black Fly season -- it's just about to start!
