A buddy is having some dry transfers made up for the nomenclature on his P-47 model. There is one stencil that he can't quite make out completely and I thought somebody here may be able to help. The placard reads thus:

Imp Gal
Use C? Oil
By adding with
T.O. 08-10-1038.T
The part with the question mark is the unkown. Can anybody fill it in? Thanks in advance.
