The guy in the Khakis is the sqd adj Capt Peterson and the wearer of the expert rifleman is my cousin Don. He was recommened for the Navy Cross at G-Canal but it was never acted upon. Can you find the Navy IO or the sqd gunner??

Its a rilfeman bagde, expert is crossed rilfes, you can't fool an old Marine Jack.

The original rifleman badge was just a straight bar only.
So it's either sharpshooter or expert.
