Courtesy has one with 11800 TT, but with the Colemill conversion, for $155k, if that tells you anything...

One timed out engine, and Barons have a reputation of being maintenence hogs. I would buy it, if I were really into twins, and would be willing to pay lots of attn to maintenence needs and getting a new or overhauled engine.
