Jack, I owe you man. I am doing a visible B-17G model, and need pics of the interiors in color so I can figure out what color it is. This pic proves for me that it was indeed NM in the back of G models. Do you mind if I save this pic for reference? Do you think there any others you have that might help me out? Anything wartime interior of G model forts. Thank you pal.

Chris, my research indicates that B-17Gs were bare metal in the waist and bombay, but Dull Dark Green in the nose, flight deck, and radio room.

Beautiful pic, Jack. Those enclosed waist guns must have been really welcomed by the gunners after the open and very drafty mounts on the Es and Fs.
