a schizophrenic or split personality Mustang, an NA built P51-D identity that flew with the RAAF as A68-813 with suggestions its identity has been transferred later to a CAC built CA-18 A68-198?? seems to me that it is wholely and solely a CAC Built Mustang A68-198, why the inclusion of the other NA ID into the story?

At (that) time the FAA would not recognize or certify non-US built Mustangs in the limited category.
