Has this been posted already? I did a short search. "No Reserve" is intersting..

I think it is supposed to be for a ride only, but in my opinion it is a fairly deceptive ad, although I am sure not on purpose. It is listed on Ebay Motors in the multi engine aircraft section and you could easily jump to the conclusion on the first read that it is for the airplane....probably explaining the high bid being way above the going asking price for a B-25 ride...

Despite the misleading auction title, I think the auction is just for a ride in the plane.
Edit: Tim beat me to it.

I thought it was for a ride too but after reading the ad, I don't know. Seems like a lot to pay for a ride compared to current going rates. Maybe they'll bring to the plane to you at your nearest airport. I believe they need to rethink the whole ad.

That's a very poor add. Are they coming to pick up the winner??
What's the inflight movie?? Are they flying the plane?? For that
price I would expect so
We charged $250 for rides in the Rabbit.

Pacific Prowler rides are normally $375 per person these days. That may seem like a lot of $$$, but they seem to fill the airplane every time out.

We get $375 per rider in the B-25 Yellow Rose as well. It's about a 20 minute "wheels in wells" ride. That gives everyone enough time to move around the plane, from the back across the bomb bay to the front and up into the nose (one at a time!).
If you are interested, we will be in Columbia, SC, for the Doolittle reunion from 15 - 19 April, then heading down to Lakeland, FL, for Sun N Fun. We will be there from the 19th through at least noon on the 26th. The B-24 "Ol' 927" and P-51 "Red Nose" will be selling rides as well.
Check out the "Hangar 57" tent for details!
Also, if someone would like to fly from Lakeland, FL, to San Marcos, TX. I have a seat available...make offer!

Great to hear "Yellow Rose" is gear up once again. Congrats to everyone in San Marcos.

No doubt it could be a better description, but it clearly says "ride in a b-25" not "purchase a B-25".
If whoever is bidding comes through with the cash, then somebody is a genius.
