Warbird Information Exchange

I recently came across a picture of a B-24 crew, 10 of them. The caption at the bottom is:

422 PL - 23 JUL 44 - 1357G - Crew # ?03

The ? number could be a 2 or an 8.

Any ideas on the ID?
