Are you planning on giving credit to the photographer or at least a link to the site it came from?

So this is information about the source. Also this is wallpaper and they are made to be widely spread. maybe owner of site have to redefine some section of terms. In many cases it is not mentioned does the hot linked image present any violation. lets me explain- this image is still on the owner server as well image address said:

I also have similar statement on my site but don't make any trouble to many of them who have hot linked images and color art to their sites.

Anyway- nice image.

Because this guy who uses several aliases ( HGUCSU, Migace etc) continuously posts photos and information across forums without any reference or credit as to where it comes from- its only a coincidence this photo has a link on it, otherwise there would be no clue as to its origin.

Look-I just posted the T&C from his website right above-he doesn't say, sure go ahead and post all over the web, or this is wallpaper, so spread it all around. He says transmittal by any means needs his permission. Any use on web pages etc needs permission. Just because you allow people to freely distribute your work doesn't mean that it isn't in violation of copyright laws. You just choose not to enforce it.
